ReplyDelete1. My favorite class this year is choir. My teacher in choir is Mrs.K. She is super nice to us! In the class, we get to study music with a 8TH GRADER! It is so fun. Choir is also interesting because we get to learn music.
2. Something I want you to know about me is that I actually think Tech Apps is interesting(even if I told you I don’t like it in class). Tech Apps teaches us how to use a computer and for me, it is a pretty useful thing in the future. It tells us what to do and how to operate a computer. For me, I feel like computer is the most important thing that we will use in the future. It is also fun! Overall I like it.
3. I want to learn about the admin commands and some shortcut on keyboard. For me, computer is complex when you are clicking on things. When you are doing shortcuts, it is much easier. So that’s why I want to learn about shortcuts. I want to learn how to code because I kind of want to make an app/website in the future. It is kind of an important thing for me.
4. Science is my least favorite class. It is kind of boring and not fun. Even if some experiment are interesting, they are also dangerous. Some experiment can harm our eyes, face, fingers, or even our body! So I recommend to be careful in the experiment. And also I think our teacher is kind of “scary”, so ya. They are the least favorite class of mines.
5.Th hardest part of this school year so far is about the things I am learning right now. For me, 5th grade to 6th grade is a HUGE jump. 6th grade is much harder than 5th grade, also it gives you more and harder homework. The homework are sometimes confusing too. I just want it to be easier. And ya.

ReplyDelete1. My favorite class this year is orchestra I like it because Ms. Riddle is really nice, kind, and lets everyone have a chance to earn something. I also like her because usually the younger teachers are more relatable and gets the younger kids humor.
2. Something I want you know me as a student is even though I have a birthmark in my eye it does not mean that I cannot see very well, Also I don't enjoy it when people ask, "Is your eye ok?". And no, I did not paint, color or dye my eye when I was little.
3. I want to learn about how to create a site. I want to do this because I want to put all my creativity into a place where I can look back and say, "I made that".
4. My least favorite class is Contemporary world. I really don't like it because well I don't really favor Social Studies and at the end of the day my energy is gone so I am really tired.
5. The hardest part of the year is shifting for elementary school/ online school to middle school. It is really hard since we have to RUN AROUND THE WHOLE SCHOOL TO GET TO YOUR CLASS. Also I think since we do that we do not need P.E. but yaa.

DeleteMy favorite class this semester is probably choir, because I love to sing, and a lot of my friends are also in that class. I love to draw and do crafts, and also like using computers, and have my own laptop at home. I think that we are going to learn how to video game design and to type faster. Something I'm really excited for is definitely the game designing. My least favorite class is probably contemporary world, because i'm not interested in maps, and social studies, and that kind of stuff. The hardest part of school is probably carrying my backpack everywhere because it is pretty heavy.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite class is P.E. because their is a lot more fun stuff in there than any other class that we have. In P.E. we have played new comb and basketball new comb is tons of basketball is more meh than new comb. My favorite thing in tech apps so far is the blog. My least favorite class so far is ELA its two long periods mine has a break between lunch and after 6th period i have P.E. so its not the best but when you hear that bell to switch periods its a life saver. the hardest assignmet so far is typing we have to try to get over 60wpm (Words Per Minute)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite classes this semester is athletics, tech apps, and jazz band. In athletics we work on plays and formations in football which require aggressiveness. I like tech apps because you can learn how to do audio, photoshop , edit, and learn what makes up a computer. My least favorite class is probably math or ELA because they give me so much homework that its overwhelming. The hardest thing this semester is keeping up with all of the work.
DeleteMy favorite class is science. This is because I love doing experiments and I also like teacher I got. I can be very frustrated sometimes if I don't know what I am doing. I also don't like something if I don't get it on the first try. I really want to get better at typing. I am not the best at it and it can be a little hard sometimes. My least favorite class is social studies. This is because my class mostly does group projects and I like working individually. I also do not memorize things very easily. So far in school nothing is really that hard. I would just want to get into some clubs at school.

My favorite class this semester is tech apps because it is just a fun and easy class where I can go and relax while I learn how to type better and learn about technology. When I finish I can also get some of my other work done that I don't have time to get done in any other classes because it takes all class to get my work done so I can't work on it there and if it's due later that day I can get it done. I also just like a nice quiet place to work and this place would be it for me. I like to be able to learn to type better too because I like trying to get better at my skills. This would have to be my favorite class because I just like the peacefulness of work.
ReplyDeleteSomething that I might want you to know about me is that I love to type. One of the reasons I love to type is that I love to improve on my skills and typing is one of my best skills. I genuinely love typing just to get fast and to say that I can type really fast.
A few things I expect to learn this year In tech apps Is to learn to get better at typing and to learn how to code games and computers. I'm looking forward to learning about coding the most this year.
My least favorite class this semester is probably history because I don't have any friends In it and history is typically not my best class.

ReplyDeleteSomething I want you to know about me as a student is that I like to share my stories with others. I am sarcastic 90% of the time I speak. SO you never know if I'm serious or not. I also really like candles.I used to play soccer and volleyball. I am going on a volleyball team next year.
I expect to learn more this year about PCs. I would like to build my own PC once I know all of the parts. I would also like to get into more about gaming. I Am also looking forward to typing. Learning about keys and navigating.
My least favorite class is tech apps. We don't really do that much and it's just working and typing all the time. We learn about PCs. It's ok but we don’t really get to do fun stuff. Like learning about gaming or putting together a PC. I wish we can learn more about keys.
The hardest part of this year was the homework. There's a lot more homework than you would get last year. The things we are learning about are harder. Getting used to the teachers and schedule is hard. Also having to be on time in class.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite class this year is P.e. In Pe I have coach jones as my teacher. He is a really good teacher and gives us fun activities. My favorite activity is Nuke Em. In nuke em I like to stand up close and get people out by tipping the ball over the net. We get to be in the big gym this week so it is a lot more fun.
ReplyDeleteSomething I want you to know as a student is that I enjoy hands on stuff. This includes things like the trick out your tech assignment. I really enjoyed looking everything up and finding all the specs. My favorite part was cutting it really close to the final price. I was really proud of my self for finishing the assignment.
This year I am really looking forward to learning coding in tech apps 1. I really want to learn how to code a video game. I am expecting to learn how to code a good video game that doesn't lag. I have coded video games before and really enjoyed it. I use a website called scratch, It's really cool. It makes coding super easy.
My least favorite class this year is contemporary world. My teacher is kinda mean and doesn't really engage us. We just take notes all the time. I have her for first period and I like getting it over with. She is really big on homework. She gave us WEEKEND homework. We didn't even Have a chance to do it in class.
The hardest part of the school year this year is carrying around all my stuff. It is super heavy. It is really hard to fit in my backpack. This morning I missed the bus because I was trying to cram all my stuff into my backpack. I was super annoyed and my mom had to drive me to school. I was almost late and I didn't have tome to play chess in the chess club. I hope we get to use lockers soon.

ReplyDelete1. My favorite class this semester so far is Choir. I like Choir for many different reasons. I like the class that I got chosen with. They are all really nice and fun! I like my choir teachers. They explain things with a lot of details. I like the songs that we have learned so far. They are all so fun and my class makes them sound good. My favorite song so far is Ghost Ship.
2. Something I want you to know about me as a student is that I like doing group projects. I feel like when I work in a group there are more ideas about the project. Also the ideas could be something like what I was saying but better phrased or easier to understand than what I was saying. When I work with others I can also get the work done faster. If you split the work up evenly then you each get a little part of the project and get the whole thing done quicker. Also when you split the work up there isn’t as much stress as there would be if you had to do the whole project on your own.
3. Something that I expect to learn this year is better computer skills. Like typing, better understanding how a computer works, and how basic websites and apps function and work. You need to know how to type better so that way when you are doing something for work or school, you can type faster and more efficiently. It would be really cool to understand how basic websites and apps work. I would like to learn this because then someday I might be able to create my own website or app. It would be awesome to have that ability. Something that I am looking forward to this year is learning a lot of new things about technology.
4. My least favorite class this year so far is Contemporary World. It’s my least favorite because the continents are kind of confusing to me so it is hard to like the class when I am confused about something. Also the ESPN topic is kind of confusing. We have to find some pictures of each letter and each picture has to be a completely different thing so it is hard to find that with each category. Also I don’t really know how to study so when we have tests I don’t know how to prepare for them that well. Also in Contemporary World some of the students talk while the teacher is talking so then she has to stop in the middle of the lesson and tell them to stop so that wastes some of our time to learn new things.
5. There are a few different things that make the school year hard so far. One is that we don’t have recess. When we used to have recess everybody could go and burn off their energy and then the rest of the day would be pretty calm. Now everybody is pretty frantic towards the end of the day. Another thing would be that I have 9 teachers and a lot more student names to remember. Last year we only had 4 teachers that we switched with and our class stayed the same but now we switch with 9 different teachers and there are different people in every class.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite semester is band because it’s just like recess but better and is fun to do. And you get to learn to do instruments and learn from your mistakes. I want you to know me as a student that will be doing his best in school and try his best on everything. I expect to learn a lot of stuff I don’t know from everything. I expect to learn more parts of a computer from tech apps 1. My least favorite semester is P.E because you have to do a lot of running and make you smell bad for the rest of the school grade. The hardest part of school is homework cause of how much they give you and how hard it is but I can’t do anything about it so I’m just gonna do it.

I can't wait until we start learning how to play music and when we do concerts! I'm looking forward to learning about adobe softwares and website building in Tech Apps I! ReplyDeleteMy favorite class this semester is Tech Apps 1 because Tech Apps 1 is a place where I can just relax, while I learn new, cool things about technology. Also, in Tech Apps, if you finish your work, you get to finish some stuff that you didn't finish in your other classes, so that you don't have much homework. Also, one thing you should know about me is that I love using computers. I expect to be learning new and cool stuff every day in school. I'm looking forward to be learning computer parts, and also how to be building a website in Tech Apps 1. I do not have a least favorite class, because, to me, all the classes are as equally as fun. The hardest part of the school year would probably be the amount of homework i get because I am not used to this much amount of homework.

What was your favorite class this semester? My favorite class this semester is Choir. Choir is my favorite class because it is really fun and we do a lot of fun stuff. We also learn to sing pieces of music and it's really fun. The choir teacher is really nice. In choir we also play some fun games that are choir related.

I don't have one because I like all of the classes. They all give us something to learn and they are all fun. Some classes are hard, but they still teach us. All the teachers are nice and help us whenever we are stuck or don't understand something. The teachers are also patient. That is why I like all of the classes.
The hardest part of the school year is not being able to meet with all of my friends. I don't have classes with some of them and it makes it really hard to meet with them. Homework is also really hard because sometimes I have a class so then I have to do homework at night. Sometimes I have a lot of homework and sometimes I don't. I always get it done, but sometimes it is hard. It's only the beginning of the school year though, so maybe homework will get easier.

What is my favorite game?
ReplyDeleteIf you are talking about board games it is monopoly. Actually I have multiple favorite games but right now I’m just saying monopoly for now because I couldn’t think of anything else. I like the game monopoly because its a game with money and I like money games because I like the way that you can buy thing It is almost just like real life because you can go to jail and you can buy things.
The second reason why I like the games monopoly is because you can also play with more then one person. You can play monopoly with eight people that’s why i like monopoly because if you have a family of eight people or less for example you can all play monopoly all at once. But for me it has been a long time since I have played monopoly.
The third reason I like monopoly is because it isn’t a game that can be played my mail,tabletop, or on paper and that’s why because I like board games not tabletop games or on paper games I like board because on paper its to small on table is too big and board games are medium that’s why I like it so that my eyes don’t get confused.
So in conclusion I like monopoly because It’s a perfect game for me. Not too small and not too big and that’s why I like monopoly.
